Competition Bowls

Our club participates in District Pennant and the Hinterland Bowlers Paradise Local League.

Carnivals, Special days and visits

These include Mapleton Days, The Graham and Annie Dorreen Mapleton 1500 Perpetual Shield, Ladies Fiesta, Jacaranda Day, and Christmas Cake Day, Club members also enjoy Flight Centre Day sponsored by Flight Centre Nambour, Remembrance Day sponsored by Mapleton Pharmacy, We are also host to a number of visiting teams such as The Firemen, Bellflower Hibiscus Bowls Club and have a reciprocal day with Twin Waters Living Choice. Club Bowls

Championships: Our Club holds Mens and Ladies Singles, Pairs, Fours, and Open Novice Singles Championships

Monday Pairs – (by invitation. Please contact the Club for further information)

• 1st Monday: Mens Pairs
• 2nd Monday: Mixed Pairs
• 3rd Monday: Open Pairs

Social bowls

Members social days are currently held on Thursday and Saturday afternoons. Please put your name down at the club or telephone before 12pm for a game. Games are club selected.

• Summer: 1pm start
• Winter: 12.30pm start

Coaching

• Coaching is available on Friday afternoons (please call the club first to arrange with our Coach).

Roll-ups

• Full Members are permitted to roll-up on any day except when competition is in play, the rinks are full, or the club is being hired for an event, or the green has been deemed closed.
• All members including social members are permitted to roll-up on Friday afternoons
• Please see policy regarding practice and roll ups

Barefoot Bowls

Barefoot bowls days and Come and Try days are held throughout the year. Check upcoming events to see what we have planned. The club is also available for hire for corporate barefoot bowls and private functions.
